The effects of drugs

If i had to speak to a high-school class tomorrow about the effects of drugs. How would I go about it? What would I say?
What would you say after smoking copious amounts of weed and trying psychedelics. What would you tell the class? Would you start with the fun bits? Or... Would you speak of the life threatening bits (both by one's own hand and by nature)?
Well this is a thought I have been having alot recently.
Just the other day I was standing waiting for my monthly medication at the pharmacy, thinking about it. How some years of absolute indulgence can effect me so many years later. How a joint can do so much damage.
Now im not saying not to smoke or take any thing. Its your life live it. But all I want to say is you got to live with the consequences.
So if i had the opportunity to stand before a class of absorbent minds. I would not speak of drugs at all.
I would set up a test. Before the class each student must take a sticker. Red or blue.
Then I would go about the class as usual. Not mention drugs at all. I would speak of light hearted topics. Ask the class questions about them. Get to understand who I am interacting with. Listen and pay attention.
Once the class comes to an end I would then ask all those who chose the red sticker to stay behind and tax them in some way or form. Maybe that they have to pay a monetary value or i would make them do physical exertion of some sort. Something that will cause them slight distress and unease.
This is the lesson I would teach young minds. You may not feel the effects of drugs immediately. Wait. Live. And then tell me years down the line how your decision you made yesterday effects you today.
Thank you and lchaim ulivrocha
Good night.
